@Bunny0611  In case you're not sure, you do need to be running the Legacy Edition of Sims 4; your computer's processor and graphics chip don't support 64-bit games compiled for Intel and AMD, as Sims 4 is.  So if you haven't downloaded the LE, please do so now.

Your dxdiag also lists a few errors related to the graphics driver, which could explain this issue if you're getting the error with the Legacy Edition.  So please try updating the driver.  Samsung doesn't list driver versions on its site, at least anywhere I could find, and I'm not pointing you to some dubious third-party site.  Instead, please try the Samsung update software, as described here:

    https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00083923/

If that doesn't help, or you can't use the tool for some reason, try updating the device driver through Windows.  Hit Windows key-X, select the Device Manager, open the Display adapters section, click on the name of your graphics chip, and click the black and green Update menu button.  Then restart your computer.

If this doesn't help either, please post a new dxdiag so I can compare driver versions and other details.
