Sims 4 Expansion not showing up after reedeming code

Hey, I have a question. I bought the code for the expansion pack Grown Together and redeemed it in the EA App. Everything worked fine but when I clicked download nothing happend. Also, the expansion pack isnt showing up in my library. I own a lot of expansion packs so I dont get why it didnt work this time.
I cleared the cache, reinstalled the EA App and tried to use the code again - its used. Im a little confused because I paid over 30$ for this. 

What can I do to receive the pack and download it?

    If you've cleared the cache for the EA app and your expansion still isn't showing as available to install, we'll then need the live support team to look over your accounts and see what's happened with your codes. 

    You'll first need to gather your proof of purchase for these codes following the steps here. Once you've got your proof of purchase, please create a help case on the site here and attach your screenshots to your help case following these steps. Live support will verify this purchase with you and check these codes to see what's happened with your expansions. If you have any issues getting in contact with live support for assistance on this, be sure to let me know!

    Same problem. I think problem is on EA side. And they must solve it now. Its still same. From EA App everything is problem. I dont know whats going on, but EA is terrible. They fix something, but broke two another things. Then they want sending log etc., but when this problem appear on many other account, then problem isnt on our gamer side, its your EA side.

    Hey, I opened a case in support but I don't really get help there (at least for now). I think it's sad they take years to answer while I'm waiting to receive access to the product I paid for. I already gave them the code I redeemed yesterday (they should be able to see who redeemed it, right?) and as you can see others have the same problem. I'm waiting to get access or a refund or something. I don't know what else to do, this problem has never been there before and it's kinda frustrating..

  • I have the exact same issue, but with cats and dogs pack, which I think doesn't matter. I've got the code from Instant Gaming, which I don't think matters either, since my friend gets the pack from there and it works for her. I really hope you fix this problem, because otherwise people are gonna get mad. I'm very glad that I'm not the only one and that you guys still have this issue (not that I'm happy that this has happened to anyone, just that it's not just a me problem).

    @EA_Solaire Nothing on ea or ea help or anything related to ea doesn't work. I can't even start my new case! It always puts me back on the "choose your problem" page. I don't know if I'm just dumb or nothing ea does, doesn't work.
