LeafLansink The only way to transfer your content to your new account is to merge your accounts, and EA support won't merge the accounts unless you can prove ownership of both. That in turn means either having access to the old email address or going through the account recover process.
Do you have proof of payment from the old account, for example e-receipts? Do you remember the credit card number you used, or anything else you could provide? When you're going through the account recovery process, there are questions a support rep would ask that you'd need to be able to answer, but if you can, then they could grant you access. But you might need to specifically ask for that process as opposed to more general help.
Other than that, you're unfortunately out of luck.
