Sims 4 Expansion packs
I need help. Let me explain my problem:
1. I bought the original Sims4 game in a Portuguese site and received the product code by email that I gave to my son.
2. He activate the game in is account ([edit: email address removed]).
3. Now I bought two expansions to that game with my account ([edit: email address removed]) and I was expecting the product code by email in order to give him.
4. I realize now that the process is different so I can’t download these expansions to the game and also he can’t install them in the original game.
5. How can I pass to my son these expansions? It's possible to transfer these expansions from my account to my sons account: [edit: email address removed] ? Can I have a refund and them by the expansions with my soon's account?
