Sims 4 face glitch

Little help? I've played Sims 4 and when a child from my family was about to be become a teenager, then on his face I can see horrible glitch (around his mouth I can see black patch). What can I do t...

Yeah, looks very similar to that other person. I really don't know if they ever resolved it

Did you also try aging the Sims up and then back down by using the cas.fulleditmode cheat ?

I tried that, it's even worse. And I even started a new game - the same thing when a child became a teenager.

    Are you using custom content in your game ?

      Just some mods like hair or piercing but nothing else. I mean I downloaded them.

        Try removing them then to see if one of them is causing the issue
