Sims 4 files look weird
I reinstalled my game into the default location but all my files are messed up. I only have the installer files I think and no game. I uninstalled and reinstalled the EA app and then I uninstalled an...
@Landsharksimie Those files are the game data itself, as in, what the EA App installs on your computer. Where are these located? The default location is this:
C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4
Other locations are fine too as long as they're NOT in Documents. If you have installed the game anywhere inside Documents, please uninstall now and install in the location above instead.
Once you've opened the game once, the Sims 4 user folder, which I'm guessing is what you're looking for, will appear in Documents > Electronic Arts.
