Sims 4 folders won't spawn properly, no mods, no tray,

After I updated my game a couple days ago the entire game started over like it was my first time playing. I looked into the folders and it all looks wrong, I tried uninstalling repeatedly but nothing new happened. My saves won't show up. My CC and Mods won't show up. My previous household do not show up either. I does not even show a new mods folder after it installed. 

The picture I added are how the folders look fresh after being installed from Origin again. I also added the dxdiag. I appreciate any help, this is driving me crazy!

    @niasimms5  You're looking in the wrong location for your user data.  Here's how to find the user folder:

    For your old saves and other content, do you use OneDrive, and if so, does it contain any Sims 4 data?  If you find any saves or other user files (Tray items, mods or custom content, etc.) there, just move the files back to the folder the game is reading, as in, the one you find with the method in the article linked above.
