Sims 4 Gallery connection

Question

I'm struggling to connect to the gallery on Sims 4. I am aware that this topic has been answered numerous times however, I still haven't had any success.

I have flushed my dns, set Sims 4 as an administrator, my Origin is up to date and online and Sims 4 and Origin have been set as exceptions on my firewall. I can't imagine anything else that I might need to do.

Please can anybody provide me with some guidance on this matter.

@leyla1101 What country are you in ?Are you on a laptop or desktop computer ?Do you have a file called Connectionstatus.txt (or something along these lines) in your documents folder ? If so, could you upload that ?
