Sims 4 Gallery Freezing

 Hi I've been looking for a solution to this problem  but i haven't had any luck.  I use the gallery every time i play to upload my creations and to check out creations, but lately when I go to download a sims or a house or anything I will hit the download button and it will freeze with the loading circle then like 2 or 3 minutes later it will unfreeze and keep downloading it but after its done downloading it freezes for 5 minutes or so. I've tried getting rid of cache and I've done the repair game from origin a couple times but no luck. I do have cc and mods. I also have some in-game freezing here and there. My computers has the recommended system stuff. If anyone has any solution to this problem that would be great 🙂
