When I go into the gallery nothing loads and I get red X's through the boxes where the items should be. A message pops up stating that it could not find item. I can see the the name listed underneath the box and if I click on it I can see who uploaded it to the gallery and such. I just can't get it to load so I can use anything from the gallery.....any ideas? It's been this way since the first day I got it. I tried un-installing and re-installing twice!

All these sims games are broken some how. Lol! It's traditional. I'm having the same issue but attempting to fix it. That is unless I run out of patience and take another one year break. My tolerance is low for broken stuff. I think the reason it's low was from my sims 3 experience with bugs. It wore on me. At least sims 3 had content. Sims 4 is just objects and copy and paste of retail workings with the dining system for that dining out pack. Kinda missing real content other than purchasing just more objects. Now back to beating my head to figure out how to fix these demonic red X's that are like cancer.
