Please check that your security software is not blocking The Sims 4.
Please describe your issue in detail.
When i start my Sims 4 game through origin it loads just fine, then when i click on gallery so that i may download houses or look at the community gallery it says (Unable to connect, Please make sure you are connected to internet to view online) . I have checked to make sure i am online and my wifi works fine, origin itself says online and everything.

This is all that it says, the game itself runs fine though.

I am having the same issue with not connecting to the gallery. Internet connection is solid, anti-virus and firewall programs are set to allow it, but still nothing. Any suggestions?
