@kiraliciously861. Most often it is caused by your Tray folder - your library - being overloaded. If you have too many objects in your library sometimes Gallery will not load.
Go to the Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4
Find Tray folder inside The Sims4 folder and move it using the mouse to the desktop
Then launch the game and check if you still can't connect to the Gallery.
If it will be work go once more to the game folder, delete a new Tray folder created by the game. Then copy your old Tray folder and paste it in the game folder.
