1. Most often it is caused by your Tray folder - your library - being overloaded. If you have too many objects in your library sometimes Gallery will not load.
Go to the Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4
Find Tray folder inside The Sims4 folder and move it using the mouse to the desktop
Then launch the game and check if you still can't connect to the Gallery.
If it will be work go once more to the game folder, delete a new Tray folder created by the game. Then copy your old Tray folder and paste it in the game folder. Now you need to delete from your library as many objects as you can. First, remove Maxis's houses - you can always have them again if you want.
2. Another reason may be blocking the connection to the Gallery antivirus program or Windows Defender, disable it, or add Origin and the game to the exceptions.

3. The third reason may be broken files in the game folder responsible for connecting to the gallery

@kreatora Every time after I downloaded the new pack I have not been able to load the sims gallery. It says that all items in it are missing

If it's just red x, what security software are you using ?- 4 years ago
This happens to me, it won't connect and sometimes it shows red Xs.

- 4 years agoHey I been having this problem I tried everything they listed but was wrong but when I UPDATED MY COMPUTER AND RESTARTED IT gwuala it worked ! So just restart your system that your playing on and make sure the system is updated. I hope this works for you.
