sims 4 gallery

Question

I've recently redownloaded the Sims 4, but I have started having problems. Now when I open the gallery, the loading symbol is frozen, and then the rainbow cursor appears on my screen before booting me out. I have tried to delete the game and redownload it and repair the game. I researched it and it was suggested that I delete the EAwebkit file, but I don't have it on my laptop. Any tips help!
