Sims 4 game crashing when loading a household

so i have a problem with my sims 4 game crashing everytime i can load up and get into cas but after i click play on a household it crashes i tried taking out my sims 4 folder but it didn't help it s...

    @gilmoregirlslor  As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can get through CAS and into live mode.

    If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

@gilmoregirlslor  No, that's the Details tab.  I want the Processes tab.  It can show with more details or fewer, the latter being basically useless.

And please test with zero mods and zero custom content.  It's impossible to separate out the effects of mods and cc without testing.

    so on some lots they can eat but on most of them they cant and it says animation error

    @gilmoregirlslor  Is the game still crashing, or are you only seeing issues with eating?  If the animation error with eating is the only current problem, it would be best to start a new thread in the Game and Mods/CC Issues forum, which is for in-game issues that occur with and without mods:

    That's not to say I don't want to help, only that my limited knowledge runs out entirely once Sims 4 is running without crashes.  So you'd get better help from someone else.

    If the game is crashing with no mods and with this error, please save one of the affected lots to your in-game library, bulldoze and replace it, and see whether the problem is gone.

    the game doesn't seem to be crashing anymore but i do think its a cc bed thank you anyway! il try  on the game and mods/cc issues forum
