Hello,
I don't know if you are the correct people to ask this question. I wrote one to Microsoft just in case. I was having problems with OneDrive syncing. I deleted OneDrive and Reinstalled both the EA and Sims 4 app.
However, the Document folder that they are save under is C:\users\username\OneDrive\Documents. I followed the instructions that you had and I got this error message: C:\Users\username\OneDrive\Documents to C:\Users\Username\Documents. This may be due to one or more files under the source folder or target folders with a fully qualified file name longer than 256 characters.
I have lots of other folders in there, some of them might be corrupted since I did first move OneDrive to another location (Now I deleted it). And since there are a lot of folders in there, I don't know which one has the longest name.
The good news is that I haven't yet played the game after downloading it. I want to fix this issue first before anything. I thought that I might ask you guys if you had this issue before and how can I fix this one?

@SimSeeker Restart your computer and try again. If that doesn't help, move the Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and into Downloads (not anywhere else), restart your computer, and try again.
If that doesn't help either, use this method to move the location of Documents:
And then unlink OneDrive from your computer. Right-click the cloud icon in the lower-right corner of the screen and select Settings > Account > Unlink this PC. If you don't see a cloud icon, that's fine, just skip this step.
Please do not create new threads about a current issue already being discussed in an existing thread of yours. It fragments the conversation and can result in bad advice or lost information depending on whether someone catches the duplicate in time.

Hello,
I will try all three methods later on today. I doubt that the first two will work. but I will try it.

Hello,
Unfortunately, none of those suggestions worked. I keep on getting pop-ups like the one in the attachment. I forgot to mention that OneDrive is already deleted.
I had to temporarily reinstall OneDrive, and that didn't work either. I got another message saying that it's already installed under C:\users\username\documents. I unlinked OneDrive again and check that I do have the Documents folder with EA and The Sims 4 under C:\users\username\documents (I don't know if it works because I would rather fix this issue first) . But then I went to Command Prompt, it said this: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders
Personal REG_SZ C:\Users\midni\OneDrive\Documents. So, now I have two folders with the same information. Now how do I fix this? Do I have to delete one of the Document folders?
