Sims 4 game keeps turning off

I haven't played the sims in like 2 months because of an issue with my mods folder. Yesterday I got it working but i needed to update the game and stuff. I have a lot of mods so I updated all the ones I could think of etc. I have an issue where at first, my game froze while on the loading screen (the one you get when loading into a save) and completely switched off. I tried it again and managed to get into one of my households but like 2 minutes into playing with them the game just turns off, no warning or anything. I've tried looking through my mods folder again today but once again, I loaded into another household and the same happened, it just froze for a second and completely turned off. I may have to do the 50/50 method at some point but i have so many mods that it would be a real pain, does anyone know if there's any mod that can cause the game to freeze and completely turn off? Or is this some kind of issue with my pc?
