Sims 4 game menu freeze

    Took out my mods folder , it started up and I have fixed my problem , apparently scrip mods were still enabled so I had a outdated one and it was causing the freeze.

@Pokemoe25 Could you try moving the options file (found in documents) to the desktop and try loading again ?

Also what security software does your laptop have ?

I placed my options file from my documents folder in my desktop and am reloading my sims 4 game , I have avg 

@crinrict If the ui scaling menu pops up again which option should I select , I never got this message on my old laptop but its started prompting on my new laptop and the menu seems to be why my game is freezing. ☹️
