Sims 4 Game Saying It's Not Owned

I got the game code for the Sims 4 Gift Bundle Pack for Christmas, did all the stuff to get it up and running on a different computer. I installed origin on this other computer and when I went to download it it says I'm only able to download the trial version of Sims 4. It was perfectly fine on my other computer, albeit taking over 24 hours to download. Unfortnately, the computer broke so I was trying to get it on this older computer. I really want to play, but it's saying I only have the two day free trial.

    Log in to Origin with the same account you used on your other computer. You can then download.

    I am logged in to the same account, yes. I even have the confirmation email that I do in fact have the game. I'll try your suggestion to contact EA, thank you both for your attempt to help.
