sims 4 game won't launch.

i have played the sims 4 for several years now not a problem until now, when i open my ea app to open my sims it says "things are taking a little longer then usual please sit tight while you wait" i tried playing last weekend on saturday-sunday, im still having the same problem it's now friday! i have had a look in my library it says i have 2 games there but they just dont load! when i close the app down it's still the same problem, ive restarted my laptop several times, nothing is working! when i search the game it pops up but when i click on the sims 4 it goes blank and nothing happens! is this happening to anyone else, i'd like to know how to solve this problem!

    I have tried everything, I asked a question yesterday but can't find it anywhere so I'm writing another one, my EA app says "things are taking longer than usual sit tight while we try to solve this problem" it's been like this since last weekend, I didn't know how to get in touch then but I do now so when I search the sims 4 on EA app it comes up however when I click on it it just goes blank! when I click on the sims 4 app it says "loading EA app" then goes blank and does nothing again, I've deleted and installed EA I've restarted my laptop nothing works! if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated!

    Last night i was playing sims 4 and it suddenly shutdown after 6 hours and i have been doing castle building!!! it was so sad. Today i tried to open game again but i got same problem with yours. EA App took my building away then wont lunch sims 4! I restarted my laptop and it worked for me fortunately
