sims 4 gaming lagging

@zelneciaaaa  It looks like your system is running low on memory while you play, which would result in performance issues for Sims 4.  Even though you're not using all the system RAM in the screenshot, the game will use a lot more than what you're showing in most circumstances.

The best thing you can do here is shut down all background tasks before playing; restarting your computer is an efficient way to do this most of the time.  After restarting but before opening Sims 4, confirm in the Task Manager that your system's total memory use (at 91% in your screenshot) is around 50%, no higher, which is what Windows itself will use.  If RAM use is higher, we need to investigate why, and in that case please click the Startup tab in the Task Manager and post a screenshot of that.  This will hopefully show what else is using more RAM than it should right on startup.
