sims 4 get started issue

Question

I just purchase the sims 4 yesterday through origin.com but today I tried to play for the first time today, but I keep get the &nbsp;window message (The sims 4 has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly window will close program and notify you if a solutions is available.) Can someone please help me with this problem please.

When do you get that error message exactly?&nbsp;When you try to&nbsp;launch the game, during the loading screen,&nbsp;while playing, when you travel,...?

Could you provide your dxdiag? You have instructions on how to get it here (you can attach it into your answer, no need to use pastebin)
