The redeem code feature on ORigin has had some problems of late.
Please go to your EA account page, and try to redeem your code there instead 🙂'
If you were able to activate it, can you please go to your game library, The Sims 4, click on extra content and see if your expansion is added?
- I tried that as well. I keep getting the message that the code has already been redeemed. I appreciate you taking the time to try and help me though.

- In the upper right corner, choose your region. If it's not there, choose US or UK.
- Choose a game. If you need help with an account issue, choose Origin
- Choose your platform
- Choose topic and issue to give EA details.
- Click Select contact option, and hopefully you get in touch with someone fast!

Good Luck!I only have one account. I talked to someone, and they assured that after "some time"...that I would be able to download it, but so far nothing. I will contact EA again about this. It is so frustrating spending $40 on something, and not being able to get it.
