Having issues with the Sims 4 - other games run normally with no graphics glitches.
regardless of settings in the Sims 4 graphics (I’ve tried Low - all the way to Ultra)
How can I fix this?
or is this an issue with sims?

@Deni_Simsx As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether the problem is still present.

I'm having this issue too. I've already made a new sim folder, repaired game, taken all mods and cc out. NOTHING WORKS
