Sims 4 growing together pack stuck on preparing

    If your download is currently stuck on preparing, you will need to reach out to an advisor at http://bit.ly/EA_Contact_Us so we can cancel your preorder- this will allow you to repurchase and install the Growing Together content.

    This stuck download issue is happening due to the transaction being stuck in a "processing" state, which you can see if you look over your Order History on your account. You may also see an old authorization charge on your payment method at the time you preordered that was refunded previously. 

    Contacting live support to cancel your preorder and purchase this pack again will not charge you twice, advisors will ensure that any payment already taken is appropriately refunded to you.

This is frustrating.  I've been waiting for over a week now to try and play this expansion, and it wont download.

I have repaired my game, I've tried to load sims 4 onto Steam, I've uninstalled the EA app altogether and reinstalled it; nothing is working.  It remains stuck in limbo, "preparing" the pack, but never actually getting into a download.

On top of it, when I go to the EA help area, I can't contact them, I can't make a new ticket; I'm getting run around in circles and I'm beyond frustrated.  I paid for this at the beginning of the month, waited until the 16th to be able to play - only for it to now be the 26th, and I STILL can't access it.

I've even uninstalled the ENTIRE game and it's packs, and just finished re-installing them.  Still nothing.  Growing together is STILL STUCK on preparing.
