Digital Deluxe missing and steam packs are not in game

MetallValkyrien​  To use content you own in Steam, you'll need to uninstall the EA App version of Sims 4 and reinstall through Steam.  Have you done that, and is the Digital Deluxe content now missing?  It should be available to install through the EA App, but perhaps that's not working properly.  Any DLC you own in the App can be downloaded into the Steam install and should work as if you owned it in Steam.

THats not the issue, the issue is that it was working before. I had steam working on my steam deck with sims 4 and on my computer version the deluxe edition disappeared. I got on a messaging with someone from sims and now neither of them work after he tried to do something to my account. The steam deck now says another user owns or downloaded my game onto the deck and o the computer it just wont launch!

MetallValkyrien​  You didn't make it clear that the game won't launch at all.  Please post screenshots of the errors you're seeing.  Please also let me know whether the game won't launch on both devices or just one, and if only one, whether you're actually missing the Digital Deluxe content in-game on the other.  You can see what items are included here, under Extra Content:
