Sims 4 has disappeared from my origin
I bought the sims 4 on 2nd November, I redeemed my product code through my origin account and it downloaded and installed as normal.
I have played this on and off until yesterday with absolutely no issue, yet now I'm getting a message asking me to activate the game by entering my product code - and when I do this it won't allow it because the code has already been used (well, yes, of course it has! I downloaded the game through origin amd entered my code then!) And now of course the game has decided to disappear from my game library.
How do I get it back so I can play???? I'm not buying another copy of an already very buggy game.

If the game is no longer shows up on your Origin client, please try the following things
- Restart Origin
- Log out and back in and use the email address instead of the username. Make sure to use the one you used to register the game in the first place
- Reinstall Origin
- Restart your router/modem,
- Get in touch with a game advisor.
