sims 4 headphones

Trying to get support on the sims 4 head phones. The headset colors are not glowing dark while playing the sims game. The red looks white the orange looks light green But when I go to the color wheel outside the game all the colors work great. I just bought these. .love the headphones but disappointed the colors are not working during game play. I have tried to play around with the number settings but when I go back in the game the colors still look the same

    The only thing I downloaded was the Site to change to colors. That was the only thing the box said to do. From what I have read they said the headphones should work as soon as you plug it in to the computer. That the color wheel is for when you are playing a different game. But I have gone inside the sims in game colors and tried to move the colors around but once I get back into the game the colors are the same As before. The red looks white. . all the other colors look white also but have a small tent of the right color. Which is frustrating cuz once I go back out to the color chat On that website the colors come out great.

    That's really weird, have you tried to plug them out and in again?
    I also have them, with no problems. I plugged them in, installed what the box said I needed to install and it just works.
