Sims 4 help!! saves

Save the families to your library. Then you can place all in the same save.

Is that through the Gallery or Household Management? And when i'm placing them all under one save would I have to create a new save file?

From CAS. New Household then open your library choose to replace the default character that was created. You can also do it thru Manage Households. You can use an existing savegame where you import the other households to or start fresh.

So I have saved them to my Library. So I can either go into a existing save and replace the families with the ones from the Library? Or I can start a new save all together? 

Sorry if i'm annoying you, just trying to understand it all. I just don't want to do something stupid and lose my saves 🙂

I recently posted talking about having mulitple families all intertwined somehow and I had them all saved seperately. I was advised to save them all to my library and to then have them all under one save. 

I added all the families to an existing save and thats absolutely fine! However, I need help in regards to when I am playing with the different families, if I then want to move from the Smith family for example to the Johnson family, which are all under the same world/save, when saving is it best to 'Save' the game or 'Save as' to the save file that they are all in? 

Really need some advice and clarity on this please. I'd hate after doing all that to somehow lose them etc. xx

It will not make any difference. You save to the same savegame in this scenario. If you want to save to a new savegame choose save As and then type the name you want to save under.
