While troubleshooting, please test with none of your user content, at least until the game starts working properly. That means a(nother) new Sims 4 folder with nothing added to it.
Hopefully I did this right.

@CrummyDessert I need the entire dxdiag, saved as a text file, what you get when you click "Save all information" in the lower-right corner of your screenshot.

This site isn't letting me upload the text file. It said "Error Code: Invalid File Type. Valid file type includes: *.jpg, *.JPG, *.jpeg, *.JPEG, *.png, *.PNG, *.gif, *.GIF"

@CrummyDessert People attach dxdiags here all the time, and other types of text files, so it shouldn't be an issue. But if you can't do it, then upload the dxdiag to a free filesharing site (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) and link it here. Make sure "anyone with the link" can view it, as in, I don't need you to approve access first.
