Sims 4 install error

Installing Sims 4 game on PC/Win 7.  Got the VC++ runtime error.  Followed the posted solution but no luck.  Here is install log at the point of failure: 15:03:23 Start redistributables install phas...

In order to download my games to my PC  I upgraded to  Windows XP to 5.1.2600 (SP3 Build 2600) and still cannot download Sims 4, Sims 2 or Bejeweled.  So where did I go wrong?

    What does Origin say?  Any error message or anything?

    Run Origin as Admin?
