pretty self explainatory. since the update from 7th every time I try to turn on modifications it just ignores it, I've tried multiple times to turn them on (I even followed the EA tutorial) and still nothing, I've deleted my options file like smb on reddit suggested yet nothing, this has already hapened in the past but it surta went away on its own after some time (can't specify, wasn't really playing much). weirdly, modifications with scripts are on, just the regular aren't turning on. any help appreciated!!!!

    My sims 4 is also not working enabling my mods, every time I do an update it does the same but i forgot the solution i used... I have -DX9 in my properties, I have avast and put the exceptions on there and at this point im about to delete the app in general of Avast, I cleared the cache, repaired the game, and removed the mods folder out of it and deleted it to make another mods folder... I went into the game enabled it and saved and exit still not anything... I even looked at the game versions an they are the same! My mods are all updated but i just seem to have this problem every time i updated my game!!! My computer is a little old but not old enough to not run Sims!! Please help us with this because literally Sims is my life.. I need it lol..
