Sims 4 is going crazy on me

Ok, I'm not sure what the heck is going on with my Sims 4 game but this totally off the wall ridiculous lol!  First off, my sim Stormfly stands or sits, bobbing her head like she's a pigeon, does the butt scootin' boogie on the The Rack (doesn't pull down the lat bar or the arm presses). Then she stands and stares at her food in her hand, even though she's gonna die soon because she won't eat. I try to cancel the action but it won't let me. Then the weirdest thing happened. The across the hall neighbors (Stormfly lives in an apartment btw) were playing some loud music. So, she (not me this time) got up, stalked across the floor, then this loading screen popped up even though I never touched anything. Then she was outside the noisy neighbors' apartment, nobody was there! Now, here's the weird part; her apartment is blocked off, and when I told Stormfly to go home, a pop up showed, asking which of the neighbors should she ask to travel with her! 

Oh, and another thing that's giving me a problem: the time! If I push the Speed 3, it'll go okay for a few seconds but then it'll get stuck like one of those old clocks that people used to have. Then when I stop it, it reverses back 3 hours. When Stormfly's at work, I let her go alone, then it'll go til midnight until I stop the Speed 3 and go back to Speed 1, but it'll go back til noon or at least the earliest 9 the morning before. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated please before I go crazy lol! Thanks 🙂

Btw, I have a Windows Vista but I never had a problem like this, ever! It's been working great until now.
