- @Sherangles365 I've also got this issue. I'm using Steam linked to my EA App and it just keeps trying to load again and again. I've tried uninstalling everything, restarting my PC, verifying the integrity of the game files, unlinking my Steam, etc. - nothings worked
- @beyondboned yeah that sucks, my sister said its not a problem with my laptop but with sims itself, so i dont really know what to do about it
@Sherangles365 As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, if it launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.
If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

- @puzzlezaddict i tried that yesterday and it didnt work, but then i tried uninstalling the ea app and after that sims launched normally
