Sims 4 is offline.

HELP!!!!!

So for the past 2 days my Sims 4 won't let me online. I have searched all these forums for answers but can't figure out why I am unable to go online. My Origin says I'm online like, I am able to talk with my friend. I have tried everything I have found to try to get online services and have got bupkis. If someone could help me out I'd really appreciate it.

@BarbieMae What symptoms are you seeing ? Endless loading of the gallery ?

What security software are you using ?

When I go to click on the gallery it will tell me I need to be online, then it proceeds to show the pop up that asks if you'd like to connect to online services. When I click yes go online it tells me I have no connection to internet.
