Community ManagerHey @LeSorelleYT are you seeing an error message of any kind when this issue occurs?
Can you try repairing the Sims 4 from within Origin by opening your My Game Library, right-clicking on the Sims 4 tile, and then selecting repair?
This will check your installation for any issues and should it find any fix them.
