sims 4 isn't compatible with windows 10

The Sims 4 in my laptop isn't launching, it will open it's game window then close afterwards; I am using a gaming laptop which MSI Alpha A3DDK with the Windows 10, 2004 version. Please send help, tha...

Hey @LeSorelleYT are you seeing an error message of any kind when this issue occurs?

Can you try repairing the Sims 4 from within Origin by opening your My Game Library, right-clicking on the Sims 4 tile, and then selecting repair?


This will check your installation for any issues and should it find any fix them.
