Sims 4 isn't loading/taking forever to load

Hoping this will help...
Your processor is on the weak side but should be able to handle the game.
You however only have 4GB of RAM and since that is shared with the Graphics you will get not enough RAM errors especially if you have Cats & Dogs.
Adding more RAM if possible (check your Manual) will help.
Try setting the game to run in Laptop mode in Game options.
This is probably a dumb question, but where can I find the manual? Is this a document on my laptop, or something that came with my laptop when I got it?
