sims 4 issues...
I can enter the game without any problems, I create a complete family and I can choose a lot, but when I press "Play" it goes back to managing worlds saying that I cannot play with the family.

nesy54 Do you get an error message? If so, please post a screenshot.
Please also test with your Mods folder removed if there's anything inside of it other than Resource.cfg. You don't need to play without mods and custom content in general, but this is a highly useful test.
