sims 4 items removed error

yeah and it's true! they are really removed. but why and how can i fix it? i tried everything, repair, restart, update and enable cc and mods is active. my english is not very well, so it makes it harder ): i guess the error message is says install your mods or .. something like that? you mean reinstall? cause they're in mods already ..  isn't installed in your account? but i have only one. and i really don't know where i can do that. in origin? in ea? in the game? HOW. please someone help me IM SORRY FOR MY STUPIDITY LOL

edit: ooh so it's says "ea account that is currently logged in does not own these items" in the message. okay i get it. so how can i-UGH what should i do exactly..

    @Dibdobs1966 

    You posted in a very old thread where things were removed. There now is an issue with this happening despite nothing actually was removed. Please avoid posting in very old threads though it may sound similar there have been many changes to the game since.
