Sims 4 keeps crashing after installing cats and dogs

What is an EP? I don't really know alot about laptops and my family doesn't have enough money to get a new laptop anyways

EP stands for Expansion Pack, which in this case refers to Cats&Dogs. 

So in easy language: Your computer is too weak to run Cats&Dogs.

Options:

  • Remove the expansion pack and/or try to get a refund
  • Play the game but avoid the things that make your game crash (making dogs for example - adoption might still be possible)

To get a refund you usually have to contact EA within 24 hours and if you started the game yesterday you might want to hurry
