My Sims 4 is messing up and when I press repair nothing happens. My game has my characters with different colors and spots on their bodies. Also when I go to different places from the packs I purchased nobody is there. The kitchens, restaurant all places where my character goes to visit nobody is there. Everything is abandon, should I un instill the game and reinstall everything again to fix my game? Frustrated and don’t know what to do.
Debb1155 Are you trying to repair through the EA App? If so, please clear the App's cache:

Restart your computer, and try again to repair. If your internet connection is slow, or your computer is, it might take a few seconds for the repair to start, but not a few minutes.
For the rest, please start a new save and let me know what is present and what is missing: builds, sims, items, whatever you see.
