Your computer is well above minimum requirements, so it's not that at least. Though, you seem to have a dual graphics system. Your game should work so much better on the Nvidia card than the Intel-chip, so make sure that your computer uses that one (it might already do). 🙂

The crashes in your dxdiag are caused by several different things, which is interesting.
Are you using any mods or cc in your game? Try to remove them and see if the game works better.
For example, move the mods folder from C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to your Desktop, and also delete localthumbail.package in your The Sims 4-folder.
Open your Origin client and go to My Game Library, right-click The Sims 4 and choose Repair.
Then restart the game.
If you do not have mods, you can try repairing is anyway, but if it does not seem to help, please attach your latest LastException and LastCrash files. They're found in C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\
