Hi! Ive just installed Sims4 Cats and Dogs and my game keeps crashing. Ill play for a little, then the game will just freeze but i can still hear sounds, but i cant click anything. Am i below the minimum requirements??
Your Graphics do not meet minimum requirements for the expansion. Your drivers are a year old updating to the newest may help. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/
You cannot upgrade the graphics card in a laptop.
Looking at your computer information, I'd recommend getting a new computer that meets or exceeds the recommended requirements for Sims 4. As it's not a finished game, and you want something that will play the game without too many issues.
