Sims 4 keeps crashing during Create a Sim - Cant even start playing the games

I bought Sims 4 Premium & Get to Work, as yet though I am unable to get past the Create-a-Sim part. Each time I get to this screen it freezes within a matter of seconds.  The music is still playing b...

    Hi,

    I figured it out.  It was SLI in the end, however I had to switch the Nvidia setting to Single-GPU for TS4.exe.  Now it works flawlessly!!!  Just to note I have the latest Nvidia drivers and Geforce Experience App.

Nothing that catches the eye in your DxDiag.

I assume it never worked ?

Could you try if it world if you put Origin in off-line mode

    Hi,
