Sims 4 Keeps crashing during game play after Feb 2018 update

Help! My game keeps crashing after just a few minutes of game play. Why does this keep happening?

Hello....

I've been having the same issues with The Sims 4 gameplay. I have to keep saving it after every 3-4 minutes. Then after at least 15 minutes of gameplay, everything freezes and then a message pops up saying that the program is not responding. 

Can you please read the DxDiag for me too.

Your Graphics driver is over 1 year old. Visit Nvidia.com to download the latest driver..

    Yes. After upgrading the video driver, the game does not crash anymore, but it still lags here and there, but that is bearable. 

    But Thank you so much for helping me out. Really appreciate it. :D
