Sims 4 keeps crashing during gameplay

My game is constantly crashing, like every ten minutes so I have to save every 5 mins. Do you have any idea why this happens? I really need to fix this it's so annoying.. Also Ipaid 79 euros for the premium version.

    2012 is to old of drivers for the HD4000 to play this game properly, sticking to my guns :P

    They must be updated.  Try the automated tool.

    If it says you have to use ASUS's drivers, then uninstall the current ones restart and now try the Generic Intel ones again from the exe.

    Go through the drop down menues filling in your system info and the next screen choose OS.  Compare what you came up with what I linked.. if we both came to the same conclusion on driver it really needs then you can FORCE that driver on using the .ZIP version of the drivers.

    If your laptop has a nVidia Graphics Card in it... then we need to focus on nVidia drivers.  The DXdiag only listed the HD4000... googling the model of your laptop it probably has an nvidia card in it to... so we probably went down the wrong path

    If the DXDiag has an nvidia card in it, it's buried at the bottom of the file... pastebin works good for dxdiags

    Thank you so much the problem it's fixed 🙂

    I do have a nVidia Graphics Card, just needed to update my driver.

    Thank you now I can play my game with no worries!!!
