Hi, check for Windows update and graphics card drivers.
meganm2019 Did your laptop really come with only 4 GB RAM installed? If not, if it's supposed to have more, something is wrong with one of the modules, because the dxdiag is reporting only 4 GB installed. That would be the first issue to address here.
The Sims 4 crashes in your dxdiag could be related to the game running out of memory as well.
