Oh thank God there's another solution, I've asked my parents about getting a separate gaming device and...well...to cut things short they said no...or rather questioned my sanity :'D
I'll try updating my laptop drivers now...and fingers crossed that works...or I don't think I'll be "simming" anymore.

I'm on the update tab for Drivers & Software and there's a butt load of different things to download...
I have no idea which one I need :')

Give the Display and Video Graphics driver a try.
It might help, but still your computer isn't the best to run the game on.
Thanks for the help, I know my computer isn't the best device to run the game on, but sadly, it's the only device I have. And my parents won't by me a new one.
