Error code 110

I continue to have error code 110:4D1C2302:AD1291B1. I don’t have any mods downloaded on my game, but I took the mods folder and put it on the desktop, I deleted the local cache file. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Nothing literally is working. The game will not load for me

I need help and there’s no customer service to call?

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

Delete the ones you have

Trigger the error again

Check if new ones are created

If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
