That's what I'm wondering because I used to play on my dads laptop which is the previous windows and it seems to work fine but I'd much prefer to play on my own laptop
You can't attach the text file ? What error are you getting ? You can also c/p it to pastebin and link that.
Pictures aren't that useful, tbh.
This issue has two reasons: Driver issues or your specs are too low.
